Exchange Policy

•  We apologise if you have received a defected product.

• If the product has been damaged in courier, we will replace your piece.    

• To avail the exchange:​

  • Kindly attach the image of the damaged piece on email or on whatsapp.

  • Please inform us within 48 hours from the time you have received the product.

• After the query has been approved from our team, we will roll out you exchanged product and inform you the same.

Return Policy

•  As we make to order, our artisans take your ordered craft into production hence, We do-not accept returns if you have changed your mind after you have placed your order.

• The products are exchanged if the product has been received defected.
